Why I Became a Mediator

I decided to become a mediator because I felt I was truly called to the profession. I have a passion for helping people evaluate their options, solve their problems, obtain closure, and move to the next chapter of their lives through the process of mediation. Mediation allows me to do something that is relational, intuitive and analytical. It affords me the opportunity to participate in the resolution of disputes and the restoration of relationships

Michelle Jernigan is a mediator at the firm of Upchurch, Watson, White and Max. For more information visit Michelle Jernigan's biography!
