Our Presenters

Charles A. "Chuck" Mancuso was admitted to The Florida Bar when he was 24, and he immediately became an active civil trial attorney. At 27, he was one of the youngest attorneys in the nation to successfully litigate a multiple wrongful death action for a recovery in excess of $2 million dollars. He litigated, for the plaintiff and defense, more than 2,400 cases to completion in all Florida circuits and Florida federal districts. He is now a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.

Richard Lord, a shareholder with Upchurch Watson White & Max, is an experienced dispute resolution professional and chief moderator for UWWM's 2016 CLE Webinar series. He is co-chair of the ABA Dispute Resolution Section Mediation Committee and an American Bar Foundation Fellow and a Fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators (ACCTM). He also is a member of the International Law Section of The Florida Bar.

Debra T. Staley is a Florida Registered Paralegal in the PIP Litigation Division at LaBovick Law Group.

Ms. Staley has been in the legal profession since 1979. Prior to joining The LaBovick Law Group, she was a paralegal concentrating on personal injury, class action and commercial litigation cases. She earned her Associates of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies from Keiser University. Ms. Staley is a native Floridian and she graduated from Suncoast High School in Riviera Beach.
