UWWM E-Discovery Professionals Awarded CEDS Certification

CEDS-LOGOtransparentTiny Upchurch Watson White & Max is proud to announce that principals, John Upchurch, Larry Watson and Michael Orfinger have recently joined a select group of e-discovery professionals to earn the designation as a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS).  Awarded to those candidates who complete a training program and pass a rigorous examination, this credential assures clients & colleagues that the certified professional has the skills to practice efficient, cost-effective and technically competent work in all phases of e-discovery. These mediators will lead the firm's e-discovery neutral pratice, serving as Special E-Discovery Magistrates and assisting attorneys and their clients to negotiate effective solutions to
e-discovery disputes in preservation, collection and disclosure requirements in the new Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.

The certification program is administered by the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS)– a premier membership organization of professionals in the field worldwide.
