in Cambridge, Mass, including Orange County, Florida for its Primary Care Access Network, Kingsport, Tennessee for its Higher Education Initiative and Chula Vista, California for its Residential Abandoned Property Program, just to name a few.
These governments set out to solve a problem that was unique to their community or that other governments thought too big to overcome and solve it they did and in a big way.
