John Briggs: Featured Speaker at MC Consultants Conference

Upchurch Watson White & Max Mediation Group panelist, John Briggs , was a featured speaker at the MC Consultants 2009 East Region Construction Defect and Construction Law Conference at the Boca Raton Resort and Club, May 28 - 29. Mr. Briggs joined a panel on Friday, May 29 for an in-depth discussion on mediation, special masters and mediated case management.

Following a successful 25 year career as a civil trial lawyer in Central Florida, with an emphasis on construction litigation, legal malpractice, bad faith and insurance coverage disputes, Mr. Briggs began his mediation practice in 1997.
