Upchurch Watson White & Max Mediation Group panelist, Gary Canner , was selected to instruct Appellate Mediation Training at the Alabama State Bar, on October 6, 2010.
This training was sponsored by the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution and the Appellate Mediation Office, and is a requirement for mediators seeking to register on the Appellate Mediation Roster.
Gary Canner is a former Circuit Mediator for the Eleventh Circuit, U.S. Court of appeals. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit and Family Mediator and has presided over more than 7,000 civil, family and federal trial and appellate disputes.
