Please join mediation panelists Jon Mills and Sandra Upchurch at the City, County and Local Government Law Section 32nd Annual Seminar in Orlando, Florida. Jon and Sandra will be addressing the section members on May 8th at 2:30 p.m. on the topic of special magistrate proceedings under Section 70.51, Florida Statutes, the Land Use and Environmental Dispute Resolution Act. This is an underutilized provision of state law which allows for cost effective, negotiated outcomes for land use and environmental disputes.
