Upchurch Watson White & Max’s participation in the 2026 Angeion Mega Summit continues to generate positive responses well after the conference concluded.

Recently, organizers at Angeion thanked UWWM for its inaugural sponsorship and recognized the firm’s strong presence throughout the summit. Mediator Steven Jaffe‘s repeat appearance as a featured speaker added another dimension to the firm’s participation, and he and mediator Najla A. Bubtana represented UWWM throughout the event.

The annual Mega Summit, June 3 to 6 in Philadelphia, featured 16 educational sessions and offered attendees the opportunity to earn up to nine CLE credits. Steven’s session, “In-House Playbook: Managing Multi-Jurisdiction Litigation,” discussed operationalizing multi-jurisdiction litigation: aligning outside counsel across countries and venues, managing discovery and data privacy constraints, coordinating communications and risk decisions internally, and maintaining consistency while adapting to local procedural realities.

For Najla, who joined UWWM in 2024, the conference provided an opportunity to reconnect with the class action community and establish new professional relationships.

“It was a great conference with leading class and mass action attorneys in attendance and a program that added value to all present,” Najla said. “Steve was instrumental in providing several key introductions. I look forward to maintaining and fostering these connections.”

Steven’s presentation, coupled with UWWM’s sponsorship, helped showcase the firm’s growing National Center for Class and Mass Action while strengthening relationships with attorneys and industry professionals from around the country.
