Eight mediators with Upchurch Watson White & Max have been selected for inclusion in the 2026 Florida Super Lawyers list, continuing the firm’s longstanding tradition of recognition among the state’s most respected dispute resolution professionals.
The annual honors recognize attorneys who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement through a patented selection process that “combines peer nominations, independent research and evaluations by fellow attorneys.” Only 5 percent of Florida lawyers are selected each year.

Several UWWM mediators continue remarkable streaks of recognition. Mr. Cole and Mr. Harke each earned their 19th Super Lawyers selection, while Mr. Max was honored for the 17th time. Ms. Thompson received her 12th selection and counts six Super Lawyers Rising Star recognitions among her honors. Mr. Jaffe also marked his 12th selection. Ms. Jernigan earned her fourth recognition, and Mr. Marion celebrated a decade on the list.
