Upchurch Watson White & Max mediators Michael A. Weiss and Scott R. Schomber will be featured speakers at the Florida Law Con 2026 virtual conference on Friday, April 10, 2026.

Weiss and Schomber will present a 50-minute CLE session titled “Mastering Mediation: Practical Strategies for Successful Outcomes Before, During and After Mediation,” scheduled from 1:30 to 2:20 p.m. The program will focus on practical techniques to enhance effectiveness at every stage of the mediation process, from preparation through post-session follow-up.

Hosted by the Miami-Dade Bar, Florida Law Con is a virtual conference offering legal professionals access to timely CLE programming, with sessions available live and on-demand for four months following the event.
