Brad Wash Joins UWWM Panel

Birmingham, AL (February 15, 2007) - The nationally recognized mediation firm of Upchurch Watson White & Max is pleased to announce the appointment of R. Bradford "Brad" Wash to the firm's panel of mediation specialists.

Mr. Wash, a Certified Circuit Court Mediator since 2002, was formerly of counsel and mediator with Lucas Petway Tucker & Wash in Birmingham . He is a member of the Alabama State Bar Center for Dispute Resolution as well as the US District Court Panel of Neutrals. He brings to his mediation practice extensive experience in personal injury, products liability, insurance and work related injury cases and mediates in both federal and state court. In addition, Mr. Wash is a Certified Appellate Mediator.  He is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law.
