Our presenters start with a look at the current state of artificial intelligence as used by legal professionals, the reaction it is garnering and how it is not all good or all bad. There is no doubt it is a negotiation-changing – and career-changing – tool. UWWM mediators A. Michelle Jernigan and Lawrence Kolin, along with guests Christy Foley and Christina Magee, also survey the pros and cons of AI in the legal field and ethical issues associated with the use of AI. Panel members will draw conclusions and make recommendations based on their research and personal experience.

The Florida Bar has accredited the Webinar with 1.0 hours of Technology/General Continuing Legal Education (CLE).

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
