WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (October 20, 2023) – Reginald D. Hicks, an experienced civil mediator and arbitrator, has joined Upchurch Watson White & Max Mediation Group as a full-time neutral.
Since 1987, he has represented both individual and corporate clients throughout the state, primarily litigating civil cases before juries and judges. He also is available to assist in resolving disputes before lawsuits are filed.
“Reggie Hicks brings a broad background of civil trial experience to his full-time practice as a neutral,” John Upchurch, the group’s CEO, said. “We welcome the communities he has served as clients, and look forward to serving them through our valued new colleague.”
