The Seven Deadly Sins in Business Negotiations

Mediator K. Judith "Judi" Lane, known for her skills as a negotiator during two decades as a civil trial attorney, will present a 60-minute CLE-eligible program at noon Monday, August 31, 2015.

During the Webinar, she will explore what she considers to be the seven deadly sins of business negotiation and how to avoid committing them.

Kimberly Sands, a principal with Upchurch Watson White & Max and frequent speaker and writer on the topic of negotiation strategy - she delivered a 2013 "Art of Negotiation" CLE Webinar - will host the program.

Content is designed for trial lawyers who represent clients in mediation.

Judith "Judi" Lane, a mediator who joined Upchurch Watson White & Max in 2014, brings her experience to bear as a dispute resolution professional practicing in the same areas in which she excelled as a trial lawyer. Judi is board certified by The Florida Bar in business litigation and was a founding partner of Halifax Law Group. She holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was among "Orlando's Top Lawyers" in 2013.

Kimberly Sands is a professional neutral specializing in federal and state mediation, arbitration, neutral evaluation and private judging. She is experienced in many substantive areas of litigation, including inter alia, commercial, insurance, labor and employment, professional liability, civil liability, appellate, trusts and estates, and complex and multi-party disputes. She has over 30 years combined experience in litigation and mediation.
