Talk at Miami’s Fair Debt Collection Practices Conference Focuses on Class/Mass Actions

The National Consumer Law Center (NCLC) and the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) have invited mediator Rodney A. Max to speak on Friday, March 11, at their Fair Debt Collection Practices Conference in Miami.

His presentation, subtitled “Bringing Class Actions & Mass Claims to Resolution, a Civil and Ethical Approach,” will begin at 10:20 a.m. in the Jasmine Room of the Hyatt Regency, site of the two-day conference.

The conference offers an introductory and an advanced track, and Rod’s talk, billed as “Effective Mediation Practice Skills,” is part of the latter.
