UWWM to Host CLE in Maitland Office

Upchurch Watson White & Max Mediation Group has invited CNA Insurance Managing Trial Attorney, Linda S. Bittner to present “Medicare, Medicaid and Mediated Settlements” on September 9, 2009 from 11:45 AM – 1:00 PM in their Maitland, Florida office. The seminar is part of the Firm’s complimentary Lunch ‘n Learn series and has been approved for 1.0 FL Bar CLE credit hours.

In an effort to educate and promote best practices and guidelines for the practitioner regarding the mediation process, UWWM provides law firms, colleagues and businesses with continuing legal education opportunities on a variety of ADR issues. We invite you to review a complete list of our presentation titles, or suggest a topic that would be of interest to your organization or firm.

If you would like to schedule a seminar at your office or meeting location as a luncheon presentation, an evening seminar, a retreat topic, or even a breakfast round table discussion, we would be happy to present one of our programs. Please contact seminar coordinator Patti Moten, via e-mail or phone 800-264-2622.
