Gerald Le Van to Address Fellows of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC)

Gerald Le Van, Chair of Upchurch Watson White & Max Family Business and Wealth Mediation Group, will present “Family Business Succession; Expanding Your Services” to the Florida ACTEC Fellows on September 12 at the Orlando Airport Hyatt.

The College is a national organization of approximately 2,600 lawyers elected to membership by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence and experience as trust and estate counselors. A fellow of ACTEC since 1976, Le Van served as Regent of the College from 1990-96.
