ORLANDO, Fla. (March 18, 2024) – Kimberly Sands and Steven Jaffe, two Upchurch Watson White & Max mediators who are among the best-known in the state, will share their knowledge as speakers at this week’s Workhorse Seminar, presented by the Florida Justice Association at the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort.

Ms. Sands is part of a panel presenting today’s Workhorse Skill-Builder Session Session F, “Navigating Negotiation Minefields.” Topics include:
