Mediator/Arbitrator Judi Lane Inducted Into National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals

ORMOND BEACH, Fla. (January 13, 2022) -- Upchurch Watson White & Max is pleased to announce that Mediator/Arbitrator K. Judith "Judi" Lane has been inducted into the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN).

Ms. Lane has served as a neutral with UWWM since 2014. Before that, her private law practice focused on business, employment, real estate, probate and negligence litigation and other complex cases. 

Over the last eight years, Ms. Lane has shown herself to be a highly skilled dispute resolution professional who has completed hundreds of mediations. “We’re delighted to recognize K. Judith Lane (through) the Academy’s Florida Chapter in recognition of excellence in her mediation practice,” commented Darren Lee, Executive Director of NADN.
 
The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals is a professional association whose membership consists of ADR professionals distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field of civil and commercial conflict resolution. Membership is by invitation only, and all academy members have been thoroughly reviewed and found to meet stringent practice criteria. Members are amongst the most in-demand neutrals in their respective states, as selected by their peers and approved by local litigators.
