Mathematics of Zero-Sum Negotiations – “Through the Looking-Glass”

Negotiation, especially during mediation, is filled with numbers that promise the potential for a successful outcome. They become a means of risk analysis, signals, guideposts, waypoints, cryptograms, tools and – if misused – rabbit holes that lead “Alice” into bizarre and dangerous kingdoms.
Join Howard Marsee for “Mathematics of Zero-Sum Negotiations – ‘Through the Looking-Glass’ ” at noon Wednesday, March 17, 2021, to learn what the numbers are telling negotiators during a mediation. Howard will discuss all the mysterious aspects of anchoring, breakpoints, brackets, and risk analysis and offer advice gleaned from years in his mediation practice.
CLE credit is pending with The Florida Bar and MCLE credit with the Alabama State Bar.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
