An experienced dispute resolution professional, Richard is chief moderator for UWWM's 2015 CLE Webinar series. He served on the Regional Outreach Committee for the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution, is a Fellow with the American College of Civil Trial Mediators (ACCTM) and is a member of the International Law Section of the Florida Bar.
