Terrence White and Rodney Max, principals with Upchurch Watson White & Max Mediation Group, have been selected to speak at The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers (AFTL) 2006 "Mediation Techniques and Strategies" CLE seminar.
The seminar will be held on December 7, 2006 at the Omni Resort at ChampionsGate in Orlando, Florida and on December 8, 2006 at the Grande Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, Florida .
Mr. White will be presenting in Orlando and Mr. Max in Fort Lauderdale on the topic, "The Mediator's Perspective on Succeeding in Mediation."
