U.S. News & World Report Recognizes UWWM as One of the Best in Florida

October 2012- Upchurch Watson White and Max is proud to have been identified as one of the Best Mediation Firms in the State of Florida. Principal Rodney A. Max was recognized as “Lawyer of the Year” in Birmingham for mediation and arbitration. In addition to these honors, several of our mediators have been listed among their state’s “Best Lawyers” for 2013. Upchurch Watson White and Max mediators selected as “Best Lawyers” for arbitration are as follows, principals John J. Upchurch and Lawrence M. Watson in Florida and ADR counsel Arthur J.
