Terry White Addresses Rail Labor and FL Trial Attorneys

Terrence M. White, Principal with Upchurch Watson White & Max Mediation Group, has been invited to address the members of the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys (ARLA) and the Florida Justice Association (FJA) this February.

 

ARLA requested Mr. White to speak on the "Nuts and Bolts of Mediation" at its 2008 Mid-Year Convention scheduled for Monday, February 11 at the Hollywood Diplomat Resort in Hollywood, Florida .   ARLA is a professional association of plaintiffs' attorneys whose practice includes representation of injured railroad employees in cases filed under the Federal Employers' Liability Act.

 

Mr. White will also present "Settlement Strategies, Negotiations and Communications - Winning Ways to Maximize the Results For Your Clients" at the 23rd Annual Workhorse seminar hosted by the FJA on Thursday, February 14, 2008 at The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando, Florida.  The FJA is dedicated to strengthening and upholding Florida's civil justice system and protecting the rights of Florida 's citizens and consumers.
