Sandra Upchurch in runoff for Florida Bar Board of Governors Seventh Circuit Seat

Review Sandra's credentials and campaign statement.

As a result of an unprecedented tie vote, with 263 votes each, Sandra C. Upchurch will again face K. Judith Lane in a runoff for the Seventh Circuit Florida Bar Board of Governors seat.

As reported by the Florida Bar, ballots for the runoff will be mailed the first week of April and "must be returned to the Bar's election company no later than 11:59 p.m. on April 22. The mailed ballots will contain instructions for the voting with the enclosed paper ballot or for casting a vote online."

Principals and panel members of Upchurch Watson White & Max proudly support Sandra in this campaign and are confident in her ability to successfully represent our circuit. While we encourage your vote for Sandy, we would also like to commend both of these ambitious young attorneys in their quest to serve the interests of their professional colleagues in the Seventh Circuit and the state.
