Sandra C. Upchurch Joins Upchurch Watson White & Max Mediation Panel

Upchurch Watson White & Max Mediation Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Sandra C. Upchurch to the firm's mediation panel.

 

A graduate of Stetson University School of Law, Sandra was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1994 and became a certified circuit civil mediator in 1996. She comes to Upchurch Watson White & Max with 13 years of experience in local government law.

 

Ms. Upchurch's governmental experience began in 1996 with the Florida Attorney General's Office and continued as an Assistant City Attorney for the city of Tallahassee. Her experience in Tallahassee was followed by a position in Ormond Beach where she practiced as the Deputy City Attorney for seven years.

 

Lawrence M. Watson, Jr., vice president of the firm stated: "With Sandra's history of service to state and local governments, she has developed a keen awareness of the concerns facing all parties once litigation is threatened or initiated. We are fortunate to have her join our panel, bringing this knowledge to the table as she assists parties in resolving their disputes."

 

In addition to governmental matters, Ms. Upchurch will entertain a wide variety of insurance, accident related and commercial issues.
