Rodney A. Max, principal with Upchurch Watson White & Max Mediation Group and noted speaker throughout the nation, has recently been selected for two speaking engagements to be held at The Grande Hotel in Point Clear,
On March 16-17, 2007, Mr. Max will present a two-day seminar titled, "Pre-Litigation Mediation of Business Disputes" to the 60 members of the Alabama Academy of Attorney Mediators (AAAM). According to the AAAM website, the organization was designed to "support and promote professional and qualified attorney mediators who are committed to dispute resolution through the use of mediation." Mr. Max has been an active member of this association since 1999.
The Alabama Bar Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ABICLE) is holding its 44th Annual Southeastern Corporate Law Institute Meeting on April 19-20, 2007 where Mr. Max will speak on the topic, "Pre-Suit Mediation." This will be the fourth time Mr. Max has been selected to speak at an ABICLE seminar.
