Richard B. Lord Completes Harvard Advanced Negotiation Program

Upchurch Watson White & Max Mediation Group shareholder, Richard B. Lord, has recently completed and received a certificate from the Advanced Negotiation Program of Instruction for Lawyers at Harvard Law School .

The Harvard Mediation Program is an independent clinical program of Harvard Law School that was founded in 1981. Devoted to the training of mediators, the program is renowned for providing attendees with comprehensive training in theory and skills needed for effective mediation. The practice areas encompassed include small claims, advanced civil, housing and family related mediation practices.

Mr. Lord is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Florida, as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, and is qualified to serve as a mediator, arbitrator and Special Master.  Mr. Lord is a registered mediator in Alabama and is certified as a Rule 31 mediator in Tennessee .
