Ms. Jernigan
is scheduled to give this presentation to
the employees of Littler Mendelson in
Orlando
on June 4, 2009. Founded in 1942 by the head of

On June 11, 2009 Ms. Jernigan
will present the seminar to the members of the Women’s Trial Group in
Orlando
. This group is a personal injury law firm dedicated to providing high quality, aggressive legal representation to the victims of personal injury.
Ms. Jernigan serves as Co-Director of the firm’s
Family Business and Wealth Mediation Practice Group
. Having a vast array of experience as a mediator and arbitrator, she is a frequent lecturer in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution and has published a number of articles on mediation.
