Howard Marsee Sought for Statewide Speaking Engagements

Howard R. Marsee, firm mediation panelist, recently addressed the MBA and Family Business classes of Professor Greg McCann at Stetson University in DeLand, Florida. His presentation was "The Use of Language as A Tool in Negotiations."

 

Mr. Marsee is scheduled for a July presentation on "Mediation Issues and Settlement Strategies" to claims adjusters of The Hartford in Lake Mary, Florida and on August 24th will be a speaker at the Florida State Dispute Resolution Center's Annual Conference for Mediators and Arbitrators at the Rosen Center Hotel in Orlando on the topic "Creating the Mediator Persona: The Use of Communication to Establish those Credentials Essential for Effective Mediation."

 

Mr. Marsee joined the Upchurch Watson White & Max Mediation Group in 2001. He is a Certified Circuit Court Mediator, a Certified U.S. District Court Mediator in both the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, Appellate Mediator for the 5th District Court of Appeal, and a Windstorm Umpire. He is also a member of the Academy of Court Appointed Masters (ACAM), the only national organization of  Special Masters.
