Brad Wash Becomes Shareholder in Mediation Firm

The principals of Upchurch Watson White & Max Mediation Group are pleased to announce that R. Bradford (Brad) Wash has become a shareholder in the firm. Based in our Birmingham Alabama office, Brad joined the firm’s mediation panel in February, 2007.

 

A graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, Brad Wash has been a Certified Circuit Court Mediator since 2002. He was formerly of counsel and mediator with Lucas Petway Tucker & Wash in Birmingham. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar Center for Dispute Resolution as well as the US District Court Panel of Neutrals. He has become a valuable member of the firm’s distinguished panel, bringing extensive experience in personal injury, products liability, insurance and work related injury cases. He mediates in both federal and state court, and in addition is a Certified Appellate Mediator.
