Richard Lord

Richard Lord, a Fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators and the American Bar Foundation, has been with Upchurch Watson White & Max since 1999.  He mediates cases nationwide.

Richard mediates a broad range of commercial and personal injury cases with an emphasis on professional negligence including medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, products, premises, negligent security, auto, breach of contract, ERISA, Eminent Domain, and employment claims. He is a frequent lecturer on ADR topics, and is an active member of the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution.
