UWWM mediator Lance A. Harke will be part of a panel discussing "Mass Torts & Class Action Litigation" at the Bench & Bar Conference of the Judges Spellman-Hoeveler American Inns of Court on Friday, Feb. 18, 2022, in Miami.

One organizer says this conference is a "once in a decade type program that you cannot afford to miss." Dozens of judges and attorneys planned it as the largest Bench & Bar Conference and Judicial Reception in the state. "The result is a full-day conference ...  offering 127 courses for nearly every practice area, taught by 700 federal and state judges, general counsels, private practitioners, and government attorneys," retired judge Ronald C. Dresnick says. "Reconnect with friends, classmates, judges, corporate counsel, government attorneys and private practice lawyers that you have not seen for two years."

Tickets for the conference, approved by The Florida Bar for 21 continuing legal education credits, including technology, ethics, professional responsibility and board certification credits, are limited in number and available from $2 per CLE credit ($54 total) HERE. Lance's session begins at 2 p.m.
