Larry M. Roth, a Central Florida-based professional mediator, has 42 years of litigation experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants and has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator since 2005.
He has tried 37 major cases to verdict and has litigated in nearly all of Florida’s 67 counties. Larry has an extensive background in commercial litigation law having worked on cases that included breach of contract, partnership / joint venture disputes, class actions, business torts, and shareholder issues. He also has represented clients in the following areas of law: products liability, personal injury, malpractice, professional negligence, pharmaceuticals, premises liability and trucking cases.
