Kevin “Bo” Dennis is an experienced civil trial lawyer admitted to the Florida Bar in 1989. As a trial lawyer, he specialized in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death resulting from automobile, motorcycle, and tractor-trailer accidents, premises liability, slip and falls, product defects and medical malpractice. He is also proficient in the areas of family law, commercial litigation, property damage, insurance claims, hurricane and homeowners claims, and insurance bad faith. Bo has represented thousands of clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. He is a team player who brings empathy, a strong work ethic and over 30 years of experience to the table. Since becoming a Supreme Court Certified Mediator in 2021, Bo has already surpassed 1,500 mediations.
Bo grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with his seven brothers. He was an Eagle Scout and Order of the Arrow. Bo competed on his high school baseball, football and wrestling teams for which he was inducted into the Hall of Fame. At the University of Delaware, Bo was a running back and leading rusher for the 1979 Division II National Champions and was named All-American. He was also a pitcher on the University of Delaware’s baseball team.
Bo brings his team mentality to the practice of mediation. He is an avid reader, guitar player, golfer and writer who enjoys interacting with other people.
