Upchurch Watson White & Max Mediation Group served as the inaugural sponsor of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division (YLD) Board of Governors meeting at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club on Friday, October 23, 2009.

. Ms. Upchurch had the opportunity to speak to attendees about the newly established mediation practice groups of Upchurch Watson White & Max, as well as its online web 2.0 efforts including blogging and podcasting.
The purpose of the YLD is to stimulate and encourage the interest and participation of division members in the purposes of The Florida Bar. The group provides a full and complete program of activities and projects designed to be of interest and assistance to members, and to engage in those activities intended to further the best interests of the legal profession.
