He gave a similar talk on special litigation committees for the Florida Tax Institute earlier this year in Tampa. \nFrom 2011-’13\, Don was an appellate judge within the Gulf Coast Claims Facility to resolve disputes arising from the British Petroleum Oil Spill at Deepwater Horizon. Don is co-author of The Revised Uniform Partnership Act (Thomson Reuters 2021) with Robert W. Hillman and Allan G. Donn. He also has written numerous articles on limited liability companies and on partnerships.
