Elegant Arbitration: Designing a Cost-Effective and Timely Arbitration Process
Join us for a free CLE Webinar
at noon Wednesday, September 18, 2019
Arbitration often can be preferable to litigation. It's private and confidential, and it offers parties the chance to select a professional neutral and construct their own rules and procedures, plus arbitration provides "an informed, just, commercially reasonable, resolution of dispute."
What can make arbitration even better? Presenters and veteran arbitrators Lawrence W. Watson Jr., A. Michelle Jernigan and Jeffrey M. Fleming discuss how the process can be made more efficient, cost even less in terms of time and money, and still be guaranteed to give a fair and equitable hearing to all sides.
This continuing legal education Webinar, scheduled for noon to 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday, May 9, 2019, will be eligible for 1.5 hours of CLE, pending with The Florida Bar. The program is designed for attorneys who represent parties in arbitration.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
