Lynne E. Womack

Mediation Panelist

Lynne Womack’s career began as a litigator focusing on professional liability, most specifically physician and hospital malpractice, as well as a variety of commercial general liability (CGL) cases.
Ms. Womack left law firm practice to become Claims Counsel for The Kentucky Hospital Association
and its insurance subsidiary. In this role, she was responsible for trial management and negotiation of
claims brought against 58 hospitals and their employed physicians. Immediately prior to becoming a professional mediator, Ms. Womack was an insurance claims executive for one of the two largest insurers of

invaluable to her role as mediator in construction disputes.
As a mediator, Ms. Womack is experienced in multi-party disputes, including medical malpractice, nursing home liability, personal injury, products liability, legal malpractice, breach of contract, complex insurance coverage, and construction disputes. Through her years of employment in the insurance industry,
she has gained extensive knowledge of the insurance claims process; and thus, is highly capable of managing the authority issues and claims representatives’ concerns that often become factors at mediation.
