Michael S. Orfinger joined UWWM's panel of neutrals in 2001, and became a shareholder and principal in 2004 when he decided to devote his entire practice to mediation. As a member of The Florida Bar since 1989, Mr. Orfinger has a broad base of litigation experience that allows him to effectively mediate a wide range of disputes. Mr. Orfinger is an experienced appellate practitioner as well, and has been a contributing author to continuing legal education publications of The Florida Bar. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, a Certified Mediator for the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, an approved appellate mediator (civil), for the Fifth District Court of Appeal, and a Qualified Florida Arbitrator. |
