Lynne Womack's career began as a litigator focusing on liability, most specifically medical malpractice and personal injury, as well as a variety of commercial matters. Womack is a former claims counsel for the Kentucky Hospital Association. She also has several years experience as a claims executive in the construction and design insurance industry. Her areas of expertise include construction/design, medical, legal and accounting malpractice, nursing home liability, complex insurance coverage disputes and bad faith. In her career, Womack has participated in hundreds of mediation conferences. She has also completed the Florida course for mediation certification. Womack received her M.B.A. from the University of Kentucky and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
